North Carolina is our home; we moved from Massachusetts in December 2004, our second move from our original homes in New York State. ....thank God for computers and the web; it has been invaluable to me. Without it, I would have been truly disconnected.

I'm a hairstylist by trade, and owned my own business for some years. Now I'm retired and trying to fit in everything I'd always hoped to do "when I had the time"'.

I've been messin' with computers for a few years now, and lovin' it. A few years ago, I found AOL, the chatting experience, and of course....sounds. Collecting, creating and editing became one of my new hobbies. I'm still at it, and as you can see, web design is another pastime.

Presently I am enjoying a new hobby, machine embroidery .....hmmm.....new designs, new friends...lol, new bills. Other interests include crafts, mostly needlework (knitting, crochet, needlepoint) and anything else creative. Reading has always been fun...even more so now since I use audio books most of the time. Multi-tasking at it's finest!
