Annual Club Meeting Minutes
2-19-11

In attendance were Dave & Tami Harless, Scott Eggleton, Jim Mullen, Jeff & Lisa Roe, Kevin Burgess, Brad Owen, Jack Vanderford, Rodrey Hammill, and Bryant Gobble. 

Welcome to old and new members! 

Club treasurer balance as of 2-19-11 is $134.00.   

2010 Awards:

*Webmaster Chele Ayers - $35 for our website.  Many thanks to Chele for such an outstanding job.

*Jeff Roe - Lunker of the Year.

*Scott Eggleton - Club Champion.

*Jeff and Scott have had their names added to the club plaques at Hills Minnow Farm.

Review of major changes to the by-laws: 

• The club voted to eliminate the points system.

• The payout for each tournament is determined by the number of members in the club.

• The payout for all tournaments will be made at the end of the year (Dec.) at a club banquet or meeting.

• Each tournament payout will be split three ways:  50%-1^st place, 30%-2^nd place, 20%-3^rd place.

• Club dues will be $15 per month ($10 dues, $5 Fishoff) for 12 months.

• There will be an optional $5 big fish pot for each tournament paid at the end of that tournament.

• The Club Champion will be determined by the member winning the most money for the year and will be awarded a plaque at the end of the year.

• The member with the Lunker of the Year will receive a plaque at the end of the year.  There will be no Lunker of the Year money awarded.

• Members may pay their $15 each month or for the entire year ($180). 

• Member dues must be current (paid) for the month in which the tournament falls.

• No member is eligible to receive any payout at the end of the year if they owe any money.

• Guest are welcome and are eligible to participate in the $5 big fish pot for that tournament.

• The club voted to only fish 7 tournaments this year plus our annual Youth Day.  Dates and times will be posted on the website.
