Annual Club Meeting

In attendance: Dave Harless, Scott Eggleton, Jim Mullen, Ellen Mullen, Jack Vanderford, Kevin Burgess, Austin File, Tanner Stirewalt, Jimmy Fortson, Jeff Roe, Lisa Roe, Frank Brinegar, Danny Gillis
The club treasurer balance as of 3-1-09 was $27.18.
Awards for 2008 were:
Webmaster Chele Ayers was given $30 for our website. Many thanks to Chele for such an outstanding job.
Tom File received the Lunker of the Year plaque.
Kevin Burgess received the Club Champion plaque.
Tom and Kevin received their money in December.
Officers elected for 2009 were:

Jim Mullen, Sect/Tres
Summary of decisions made by the club for 2009:
Dues are $10 for the year and must be paid before fishing first tournament.
Voluntary Lunker of the Year pot is $10 and must be paid before fishing first tournament.
Must fish 6 regular points tournament to be eligible for the Fish Off.
There will be one tournament dropped from the YTD scores including all weight, points and bonus
Point system for scoring tournaments did not change.
Regular tournament entry fee will be $20 and must be paid before blast off.
$5 – end of year fish off
$3 – end of year club champion
$7 – tournament winner if 6 or more fish. If less than 6 it is $8.
$3 – tournament 2nd place if 6 or more fish. If less than 6 it is $4.
$2 – tournament 3rd place if 6 or more fish. If less than 6 $0.
There will be an optional $5 pot for tournament big fish.
Guest can only participate in the big fish pot.
Fish Off payback will be 60% for 1st, 25% for 2nd, 15% for third if the pot is over $400. If the pot is $400 or less the payback will be split 70% for 1st and 30% for 2nd.
Members who are going to be late arriving for a tournament must notify one of the officers in advance to be considered as being in the tournament.
